[Boatanchors] SOLDER TIPS

The only thing that concentrates the heat in the tip is that it is dead 
center in that transformer turn and has a larger mass of copper. You get the 
mass by hammering and forming the copper wire at that point so it has the 
lowest resistance.

I thought I heard it all over about 55 years but having the gun fail without 
the manufacturers tips is one for the books.
