You might tray TinyCAD. Free. Takes a little while to learn it, but works

have any Common Sense - get some Common Sense and use it. If you can't find any
Common Sense, ask for help from somebody who has some Common Sense. Is Common
Sense divine?

Subject: [Boatanchors] CAD software for creating boatanchor schematics
Good evening, gents (and ladies too, of course)!!
I'm in the process of building a large amplifier and associated power
supply. Doing this without initially drawing a schematic is proving to be a
bit of a chore. My artistic capabilities leave a ton to be desired, and I
was wondering if there are any list members that use CAD programs to make
their drawings. I'm presently spending some time with ExpressSCH, and it
isn't too complicated to use, but their library of components is geared more
toward solid state ICs, etc. and their tools to make custom components is
quite limited. I'd also like to ability to increase and decrease the size
of individual components on the drawing, and I haven't been able to find out
how to do that either.
Have any list members had experience using CAD programs, is there one that
most like and use, and if so, maybe its name could be shared. Anyone's help
would be most appreciated.
