I have been using DesignCad by Upperspace in Pryor Oklahoma in my business
since early 1980's
I highly recommend it. It is low cost and fully functional. Much easier than
AutoCad but the drawings can be exchanged between the two products which
pretty much says it all in industrial applications
I think you can get a free download to try
Everything you have requested is very easy to do after a very brief initial
learning by doing process.
I could not operate this business without such a drawing program.
I also use it to make graphic design for panel layouts
