[Boatanchors] MFJ 981 VERSA TUNER IV MANUAL/SCHEMATIC NEEDED

I saw this at a HF last Sunday and it looked pretty well built. No documentation but
thought I'd find one at the usual online sites; no luck so far.
MFJ doesn't even show one close to it's vintage of 1982.
It was significantly modified on the input side and I have no idea why seven additional
inputs were added. Will likely change to stock version. 
In my search one ham said it was a clone of the Dentron MT3000A and I do have that
manual. 
Still would like the original.
Any help appreciated
