[Boatanchors] WTB: Xtals (even mHz)

Max Planck has the Planck Constant, as in E = hv, (h = Planck Constant)
named after him. It is a fundamentalo constant in Quantum Optics, and
relates the Energy of a photon to its wavelength.

I think there may be a Feynman in Nuclear Physics.
