John,
What is the brand of the inverters in use?
Commercial inverters, particularly with such high power, are FCC Class A
for radiated and conducted emissions (along with UL and IEEE ratings).

Now while I'm quite in favor of this idea, and did vote in favor of the feasability study at Town Meeting last night, I have some concerns living a couple of hundred yards away from the site that the inverters set up to convert the DC power of the panels to AC power out on the grid could be a large source of RF noise on HF getting into my BA RX units. (see I'm sorta OT!) I know that the power connection to the grid will need to be well regulated and synced but am concerned with the possible radation of noise in the gear between the panels and the grid. Any of you out there have any experiance with this in your part of the world? If so give me your horror stories or other info!
