This is just one of several indicators that the author of this generally
well-written prose (skipping lightly over the subject matter for the
moment) is English (or possibly Canadian) rather than American.

"Vice" is English spelinge. Now "Inlcuding" just means that they didn't
use a spellchecker - perhaps, like blind A/B comparisons, spelling
checkers are frowned upon in audio circles...
