[Boatanchors] Strange one on EBay

Note that its using 2.5V filament 58 tubes and the rectifier looks to be an 
80. Id put the date as 1932-36 as the Navy had swung to 6.3V tubes by then. 
Could it be that Boonton Research became ARC?
