My thoughts on SK estate sales are like this. If the surviving spouse is on
a fixed income and this sale helps them, and  if I want/need & can afford
the item then I'll pay the asking price - no haggling. But, that's just me.

I think the asking price is high.
What is a reasonable price to pay for a Hallicrafters S-20R that is 
functional but not restored?
