[Boatanchors] Reforming Caps?

	I've done the same thing, even sold them overseas, to Asians.  All ID'd 
as used, possible (and/or confirmed) leakage, etc.  I think the selling 
price has come down in the past yr or so.  Seems like I was getting up 
to  $10-15 each for them, some with short leads.  I offered to solder on 
longer leads for an additional buck or so, lots of takers.
