[Boatanchors] SX-42

[Singley, Rodger]

I really like the looks of my SX-42, I nicknamed the receiver "Her Greenliness" with its nice green glowing dials and meter.  Mine is paired with the cosmetically similar HT-19 CW/NBFM transmitter.

My six year old daughter is also a fan of the SX-42 and I currently have a second one on the bench that will go in her room when it is finished in a few days.

I'm a bit disappointed that Bob doesn't like the looks of the SX-42.

I think it looks neat!  Different, but neat.

Have to agree about the looks of the SX-28, and I love my SX-88.

To me, the best receiver is the one I'm listening to at that moment.
