HI Bill,

Well the 75A3 is much lighter.  The whole package weighed about 70 lbs.
I have never shipped anything over 100 lbs so I have no experience to
go on.   At that point, you might be better off going with wood (and
maybe even some way to hold the crate like slats cut in the sides).

If I were going to go with cardboard I'd consider the possibility of
removing the iron and boxing/shipping that separately.
