[Boatanchors] HRO-60 repairs

Discounting the ID plates, the true '60 coils will have a 3rd hole in the 
oscillator can for the dual conversion bands.

While it is possible for a 6C4 to act up Ive had more problems with 6BE6's 
in the 60's that come thru here.
This is assuming it has been recapped and all out of spec resistors 
replaced. The 60 is notorious for resistor problems.
