[Boatanchors] tube tester readings

Wiki says mho is still commonly used in electronics.  Siemens is recognized as an SI internationally, however, as they state, "it may be confused with the manufacturer Siemens AG".  It is the formal definition.

Wiki is not necessarily authoritative. (!)

Some of my friends prefer mho and some of my friends prefer Siemens....I support my friends!

The term Mhos ( 1/Ohms ) has not been in use in several decades. The Mho was 
changed to
The Siemens.
