[Boatanchors] Decal Paper Re: Panel Labels Question

I missed the first request. FYI I just purchased some today from 
Hobby Lobby locally. It's Decal Paper clear made by Testors and available
at many hobby shops and possibly hobby train centered stores.
PN 9201 for ink jet printers. Testors also have a kit with software, 
paper, and bonder on the web site. There is a web site at Testors.
You may  need a bonder after installed  but I think Krylon would do the same.

Not used it yet but needed to copy an old decal set that may not work
(to old).
