Do yourself a favor if it's not too late and use a scanner and scan that panel into a picture file. Then you will be able to use that file to make a Decal/transfer sheet that the others had mentioned much easier than by hand. You can also "touch-up" the photo if needed before final printing to the decal/transfer sheet/
That is, of course, if you have something that is worth scanning to start with and aren't looking to start over (and if you have a scanner that will accommodate the panel)
I did that with my heath HP-23 power supply hoping to figure out a way to get it re-silk screened someday. I had not thought about the other suggestions that were mentioned earlier.
