[Boatanchors] audio transformer

What a bunch of great ideas !

Unfortunately (or I guess fortunately) after all the considerations, I
went through all my parts boxes again and found an old audio
transformer with COM-.5K-1K-1.5K ohms to COM-3.2-6/8 ohms that will do
the job. It is a Sencore A-7947. Guess I should do a better search
next time.

Thanks very much anyway for all the suggestions and I will archive it
all for future reference.

Good luck and 73, Dick KF4NS
