I failed to mention, we use Dr. Van der Graf potentiometer cleaner on all 
our systems here at APSS.  It gives us stronger signals and wider bandwidth. 
(It's like having an amp connected after your pot).  Just remember, a 
little bit goes a long way.  They caution you on the bottle, "use too much 
and you might end up with "pot lock".  (We sell it here, only $99.95 for a 2 
oz tube).
