OK.  But the CFL still comes out badly on the short end of the stick cost 
wise.  For $8.65 you can buy 4 to 12 of the incandescent ones.  And each one 
lasts 4 to 8 times as long.  Even if the electricity required to operate the 
CFL were free, there is no cost benefit.  Add in the mercury, possible RFI 
(which I didn't actually notice but I didn't look for it, either) and 4X to 
8X replacement labor and you get negative benefit.
