In my haste, I didn't see you wrote 9R-59D/DS, which is different from
the 9R-59, so my statement that it's similar to the Lafayette HE-30 is
incorrect. However, you said 6 tubes but I believe the 9R-59D/DS has 8
tubes plus some semiconductors. It think it was only manufactured for
about a year somewhere around 1969.
