[Boatanchors] CCW drill bits

I use PB Blaster all the time. Saved my bacon lots of times.

It is terrific stuff but they warn you to be careful around plastics, rubber, etc If you do apply it, put some in a bottle cap or something and then use a toothpick to apply. Otherwise it goes all over hecks-half acre.

Here's another thought - if you are still having issues, see if you can find a watch/clock repairman in your area (I know, it's a dying skill). They should have the proper tools to extract that set screw.
