[Boatanchors] pot metal ammeter box

Draw a circle with a compass of the diameter you want. Then drill a set of
small holes, 1/16" to 1/8" just inside the circle. Then use a tiny jig saw
and file to cut it out and smooth it.

Otherwise, get a fly cutter or hole saw at Home Depot or the like.
