[Boatanchors] ARR-41 Panel Cleaning Question

The ARR-41 I picked up has years of accumulated Desert Dust 
on the front panel. I used plain water and that got a lot off 
but it's still not clean.

Any recommendations on what cleaner I should use ? This is dirt 
and not glue we have here.
