The 3466A is a good instrument. Depending on what you might have to
pay, you may also want to consider the 3468B or 3478B. I have one of
the former, two of the latter. Exceptional instruments. The 3478B has
built-in calibration. Sometimes these appear at hamfests or eBay for
under $200 each. I particularly like the 3478B. I use them regularly
on my test bench, and have been most pleased with their ease of
operation and features.
