[Boatanchors] Repairing plastic VTVM meter cover

Depending on the type of plastic, you can make almost invisible repairs by
"solvent welding". At a guess, the meter face could well be Acrylic. That
solvent welds well. Can you test in an invisible spot?
I'd stay away from "super glue". A good quality two-part epoxy is an
option, but be very sparing with it.
