[Boatanchors] Repairing plastic VTVM meter cover

You might want to try some of the two-part epoxies.
Try to find the type that is a single application
where the two parts are in small sealed compartments
that you squeeze out both parts, mix them for maybe
ten seconds and it's ready to apply as necessary.
