On some of my receivers, I take the detector output and feed a $5 Bogen
hamfest amplifier (pair of 6V6's) which feeds a hamfest $5 3 way
bookshelf speaker (tweeter, midrange, and 10 inch woofer). Don't need any
matching speakers here. Most of them to me are not pretty, have poor
quality, and cost too much. A mini-box, with a six position switch on the
input side of the Bogen, direct the inputs.
