[Boatanchors] [Kenwood] Kenwood Twins Xmit Question ???

I would first check the continuity of the SEP-XCVR 4-pole switch in the
XCVR position. Three of the four positions go back to the Remote
connector for VFO and oscillator connections to the receiver. Check to
see if the VFO in the transmitter will tune the receiver. With the
SEP-XCVR in the XCVR position, set the VFO Select switch on the receiver
front panel to TRCV TX or to the fourth position REV. If all the VFO
connections through the Remote connector are correct, you should now be
able to tune the receiver with the transmitter VFO. Note: one of the
4-poles on the SEP-XCVR switch does not go through the REMOTE Connector.
