[Boatanchors] Heyco Clamps (again)

Before I got a set of Hetco pliers at a flea, I used a small (5" or 6"
long) Channelock pliers with the serrations ground off the jaws on the
INSIDE of the chassis. The typical Heyco clamp has more area there and it
can usually be compressed pretty easily.
