[Boatanchors] Maryland Hamfest - NCX3 Purchase

Our club had our hamfest October 25th in Westminster Maryland. A ham 
purchased a National NCX3 transceiver without the power supply. Well the 
power supply has just been located and would like to let the purchaser 
know that it is available. We have no way of knowing who he is so this 
email is just a shot in the dark to try to contact him.
