We order regularly from Mouser, both for parts in our shop and special
orders for commercial customers.
I ALWAYS do a phone order, have never had a problem, nice thing about
talking to a rep is you know it is in "shippable" stock levels and if not if
there is a substitute. Their tech department is very helpful. Have had an
open account for nearly 30 years and have found no other equal provider for
products they carry. And they are FAST!

Mouser runs a business and they should not be expected to take a loss on an
order. They are one of the few that have no minimum order and dont have a
handling charge.
So quit complaining and dig the moths out of the wallet.
