Hi John,
That's the least I can do. Being it Central Illinois it would be real tough
to get a Battleship up the Illinois river! However there were LST's built
about 40 miles North of here. A couple of years ago LST325 (I think that is
the number) visited here and both my wife and I enjoyed visiting it.
My wife is actually more of a WWII historian than I am. Probably because her
Dad was involved.
I will let you know how my tests work out. Actually sisnce I have my Eico if
either of the TO-4s work I will send it to you. Would you give me an address
that I should send it to.
Please keep up the good work keeping these very important historical
monuments intact.
