Bob, if your 12 volt t/r switch is good otherwise, here's a simple way 
to put it to use for a dollar or two.  Find yourself a 120VAC to 12 VDC 
"wall wart" that will operate the relay.  Goodwill type stores often 
have a boxful of odd AC adapters for $1 each or less.   Cut the plug off 
and wire the output to your relay, then get the cheapest AC extension 
cord you can and cut the cord a foot or so from the receptacle end.   
Plug the wall-wart into the receptacle and wire the ends of the 
extension cord to the switched 120V coming out of your DX-100 connector.

I like this approach because it's safe - no exposed 120VAC and it's all 
plug-and-play.
