Following is a up-dated list of the problem(s) with my DX-35:

I changed the meter and shunts to a DX-40 meter. . . .

(Operation switch in either phone or CW position)
Very low output at ant jax.
Drive control will not adjust drive.
Plate current 65 mA; will not dip with final tuning control. Will not
increase with antenna tuning.

All tubes have been tested and/or substituted.

B+ = 781 v
Tube voltages:
6146 pin 6 = 216 v
pin 5 = -10.4 v (key down) no change with drive control
            pin 3 = 78 v (key up), 67 v (key down) *

12BY7 pins 1, 3, 4, 5 = 770 v (key up) 395 v (key down) **
(buffer) pin 7 = 770 v (key up) 703 v (key down) ***
               pin 8 = 770 v (key up) 575 (key down) ****
               pin 2 = 708 v (key up) 365 v (key down) *****

12BY7 pin 7 = 768 v (key up) 402 (key down) ******
(OSC) pin 8 = 767 v (key up) 208 v (key down) ******* (?)
              pin 2 = 10 mv (key up) -27 v (key down)

12AX7 and 12AU7 voltages appear to be normal.

6146 screen voltage too high - should be ~ 40v.
Voltages on buffer and oscillator are too high except pin 2 of the
oscillator (?).
Oscillator seems to be working as I can hear the 7040 signal on the
receiver.

I can email a copy of the schematic to any one who needs it.

I have worked my fingers to the bone on this and all I have got so far is
bony fingers!

Any ideas on where to go next????
