[Boatanchors] Speaker Re-coning

Be sure the speaker is good first before repairing, or for that
matter reconing. Carefully put your fingers on the cone near the
magnet at the bottom. Press gently to see if the cone will depress
without binding. If it does, then you are home free and can do the
repair. Sometimes these old speakers loose their fidelity because
of binding of the cone, which can also cause trouble if one side
binds and the other doesn't.
