If it is just a tear and there isn't a large chunk missing, why not do a 
simple repair yourself.  All you need is a bit of paper towel and some 
glue.  I've done it several times with excellent results and saved a 
bundle of money at the same time.  If you are fussy, you can use ink or 
spray paint to color the paper patch.  An even better patch can be made 
from the cone of a junker speaker.
