[Boatanchors] Euro sub for 1R5/1L6

Another possible "sub" may be the 1U6.  I have never seen one though!

An EXACT substitution (except for size!) would be a 1LA6.  How does one make 
an adapter for such a "sub"?  (Maybe with a loctal socket and a Pomona test 
point 7 pin adapter much modified?  I'd bet there are some 1LA6's around 
unless these are rare too!
