[Boatanchors] Simpson 269 HV Extension

Another "Hens Teeth" search !!

The Simpson 269 uses a "High Voltage Extension" that screws onto the
Red Lead to measure 4 KV.
Has anyone got one of these or know where one can be acquired ?
