[Boatanchors] OT Finding Special Scientific Call

Hi All,

The following Amateur Radio station was heard on a vintage RX, the SX-117. 
So at least my question is a cousin in the Boat Anchor family.

A special call sign of E8IPY was issued for the International Polar Year. 
There is no mention of it on 'qrz.com'

Can one of you please provide me with an airmail mailing address so that I 
can try and confirm this station located in Spain?
