It is, in fact, a radar transmitting tube, c WW2. Used, usually in groups,
as either a final amplifier in small radar, or as a driver for a larger
radar transmitter.
Specs are very similar to the old 20T.
Doesn't use a socket, but, as Eimac calls it, a "fixture", for the filament
pins. This fixture allows for a small amount of movement as the tube heats
or cools.
If you attempt to use one, be aware that the grid is the top pin and the
plate is out of the side of the envelope.
