[Boatanchors] Info on Bendix Gunnery Transceiver

[Didn't see anything on Milsurplus, please excuse if this is a repost].

I ran across a pair of Bendix 8D-3's in flawless condition, including the canvas
carrying cases, telephone sets, etc.

Any information anywhere? Google came up dry. How much should I
consider offering for the pair?

They are VHF, one has a frequency marking of 111.1Mc, presumably AM.
Only reference I saw says 1945.
