[Boatanchors] Five Letter Group CW Station

There is a station that does the same thing just below the 49 meter SWBC 
band.  They can be very strong here too in SE Louisiana.  Usually a contious 
carrier modulated by about an 800 HZ. tone.

8125 is in the old marine band.
