[Boatanchors] HP 8640B and down converter for 10Kc

Well the Ebay picture woke up a few brain cells and this morning I went 
out to the storage trailer and found one! About 15 years ago I cleaned 
out a cal labs storage area of obsolete and finished items that were 
never picked up.

Sold off most of it, using some, and stashed the remainder.

Now to give it a try.
