[Boatanchors] HP 8640B and down converter for 10Kc

Much thanks for that info Jim, I'll check it out.

Right now either one gets to 453 kHz but I do need the lower frequencies 
for some VLF BA's as well as IF's such as Hallicrafters used. Ive been 
using a HP-650A which does the job in a clunky sort of way.
