[Boatanchors] HP 606 vs. 608

I too have been contemplating a VFO for the '610. Noticed an add for a
direct digital VFO
at www.wa1ffl.com that possibly could be packaged inside a '610 tuning unit.
Donno if it
is feasible or not but worth a thought.
