Hey Andy, got your 2 CD tube data yesterday, Its great as is your web
page.
The HP-606B has the synthesizer but it tends to be Birdland. My 606A
will hold in a 400 Hz passband on HF with ease after 30 minute warmup. A
bit more on 6M. National replaced the GR1001A drifters with the original
606 and they drifted more than the GR. HP got a lot of heat from us
since about 50 were purchased. We hadnt sold the GR's yet and they went
back on the benches until HP came out with the fix, the 606A.
