[Boatanchors] subscribed?

What hapens is when the original poster sprays a message to several 
sites that he is subscribed to.

A person replying just hits "Reply All" and the ones he is not 
subscribed do the bouncy bouncy.

That happens a lot with some of the business parts pimps and now lately 
with others since more competing forums are available.

Its a two fold problem! The poster and the replier
