[Boatanchors] Advice on a ARR-15 please

Hi Carl,

I think you're confusing the ARR- numbers.  The ARR-5 is a repackaged
Halli S-27, and the ARR-7 is the SX-28 derivative.

The ARR-15 is the Collins auto-tune receiver.

I have one of these that I had working in the dim past.  Autotune is the
principal advantage of the ARR-15.  Otherwise, it's performance is
pretty disappointing, mostly to wide bandwidth.
