[Boatanchors] The dignity of this reflector

Good morning:
This reflector is a great venue for the dissemination of information and historical data regarding vintage radio's.  It looses it's credibility and function when folks are consistently passing crude and sarcastic comments simply because of an incorrect or mis-statement .  Every one of us makes a technical mistake, some more than others but none should solicit crude or sarcastic comments.  No person is so full of knowledge or infinitely correct that they cannot be removed from this reflector so that others can take advantage of the vast pool of information that is being relegated to history.  Many do not key up a question for fear of someone responding with a caustic, crude or impolite comment.  No question is ignorant, it's the same one we have asked before that allows it to be answered.  Kindest regards Jim K9AXN
