Look, it is simple.

Whether they have stripes, dots, or are pink with the value printed on 
them, they have been discussed to death.

I find that even a 1967 contract EAC R-390A that was in constant use was 
BUILT with the purported lower end striped ones.

I still have the trash bag on the side of the rebuild bench from 
R-390As.  It is now getting the ones that come out of the '51 Collins 
contract added to it.

Lord only knows how many radios are still running with these in them.

This is not a flame war issue!  Everyone get a grip.

He is NOT selling what he works on.  he's been giving them away to a new 
home!

We now return to the normally scheduled program now in progress........
